As a purveyor of fine merchandise, Moiras Urban Palette will take you on a colourful journey. From exquisite quilts, to table linen, home linen, homewares made with Imported Linens I have found on my journey’s into France & England. I have continued to follow my love of decorating with adding my own recycled & painted furniture, mirrors & vintage finds. Mixed with in with these treasures are botanical arrangements, potted plants in recycled pots & containers. Most treasures have a vintage style. Unusual finds for decorating & making a home with warmth & character.

After the Covid & not being able to travel many have been ready to go again to explore & find new treasures…..I had an unexpected opportunity to be able to go to the UK in October….time to go to a few Fairs, Markets & Brocantes. A wonderful opportunity to connect with other Instagramers & small business owners of creativity. It so inspired me & on coming home has meant I have started 2023 needing to renovate my studio. It’s meant a big clean up & will hopefully post more things for sale in-between the renovating…. time to move on and update a little on what I have been doing. Also looking to have a sale of some of my own collections as time to let a lot more things go …to make room for the completion of new things…..

One thing I have noticed amongst some of my Instagram friends is that there has a been a re-awaking in slow-stitching, embroidery, darning/mending along with a greater heart for recycling clothing. A new wave of gardeners to grow your own veggies, save seeds, all these bring a depth to life and living…..

One of my favourite textiles to make cushions with Hungarian Sack Cloth. Wonderfully tough for upholstering chairs or sofas.

Slow stitching by the seaside……so much inspiration…..collections of seashells & finds on walks along the beach.

Visiting Brocantes while travelling as so many gorgeous finds…..
